Our Coffee
At 3 Steps Up Coffee House we take our coffee very seriously. First we start with freshly ground organic, fair trade coffee beans and brew at just the right temperature into thermal glass lined pods to preserve the flavour of the coffee. Our espresso based beverages are made with fresh filtered water and hand pulled for every cup. We have many varieties and flavours from around the world to introduce you to. Fair Trade coffee is good for the growers and their families....what a great way to make a difference in our world....... Deliciously simple.
Our Signature Gourmet Soups & Salads
Our gourmet salads are prepared fresh every morning and come with a choice of our homemade olive oil based dressings. All salads are topped with either marinated & grilled flank steak, grilled citrus chicken, Albacore Tuna, or wild Atlantic salmon. We also have fresh seasonal fruit salads. Salads are prepared and ready to go for those of you on the run. Hearty organic soups such as butternut squash with toasted almonds, or our organic sweet potato carrot & ginger are a couple of our signature soups. Our soups are all low fat, and many are dairy free. Healthy food for your body.......what a great idea!
Our Gourmet Sandwiches
At 3 Steps up we have our very own line of amazing gourmet sandwiches. To begin with our assortment of healthy whole grain artisan breads are baked fresh every day. We also have a fabulous line of our very own gourmet mustard. Varieties such as our Vodka Infused Raspberry Thyme Mustard pairs well with our slow cooked pulled pork sandwiches. Our grilled chicken and pear sandwich with our homemade tarragon mayo is a delicious combination too. Sandwich selections change daily. All of our chicken is supplied by Buckingham Quality Butchers and contain no hormones or antibiotics. We do not use any processed meats in our shop.

In our cozy little shop you will find the most delicious handmade chocolates, truffles, almond barks, cookies, & muffins. We are pleased to be able to offer you an amazing selection of sweets, including cookies, as well as our hearty muffins & scones. We offer a "feature dessert" daily.... which is sure to soothe your soul!
We gladly accept custom orders with sufficient notice. You will find our unique packaging a delight and wonderful for gift giving.

3 Steps Up Catering Services offers a delicious line of gourmet luncheon sandwiches, fresh fruit platters, cheese platters, relish trays, and dessert platters. Please contact Vicki to discuss your unique needs & ideas. Our specialty sandwich platters are made with the same attention to detail as our in house customers receive.

Three Steps Up Coffee House is a place I have been dreaming about creating for a long time. I have been operating Comfort Food Productions in Whitby for over 14 years, and would like to thank all of my loyal customers.
